I have 25+ years of experience in the insurance industry. I began my career specializing in personal lines. In 2009 my focus transitioned to commercial lines.
I enjoy my job in the fact that there is always something different that I am working on. I enjoy a good challenge, but I relish a big account win!
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, 3 kids along with 2 son-in-laws and a daughter in law, as well as my 6 grandchildren.
My hobbies include hiking, fishing and cooking. My favorite place to visit…the Rocky Mountains.
Cindy Howard - Operations Manager
Brock has a strong sales background going back 7 years in real estate. Brock’s insurance career started in 2020. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Kayla, golfing and mountain biking. He has 2 dogs, Maverick and Goose.
Brock DeGood -VP Marketing/Sales
Beau has over 4 years in the insurance industry. Prior to joining the team, he was a sales manager for an insurance carrier. There he earned accolades as Territory manager of the year in 2021 along with his CPCU designation. Beau is an ISU graduate where he earned a bachelors degree in finance and risk management. In Beau’s free time he enjoys fishing, traveling and competitive Jiu Jitsu.

I have worked in the insurance industry for 4 years. I specialize in personal lines insurance.
In my spare time I enjoy performing in stand up comedy, traveling, and spending time with my cats and my bulldog, Gus Gus.
I enjoy getting to know what is important to the insured and finding them sufficient coverage for a competitive price.
Emily Moore - Personal Lines Supervisor
Jenn has multiple years’ experience in the insurance industry and joined the Preston team in September of 2023. Outside of work, you can find her galivanting with her husband, Nate, and Tibetan Mastiff, Karmah. She has coached volleyball for almost 15 years and still plays as often as possible. Jenn and Karmah are a certified therapy team and volunteer at schools and nursing homes to brighten people’s days. Jenn is also an avid scuba diver and her favorite place to dive is the Dominican Republic. She’s here to provide you the best service and make sure you and your family are properly protected.

Leslie joined Preston Insurance this year as a customer service representative. She has been in the insurance industry for 25 years assisting clients with their personal lines needs. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working in the yard and listening to live music.

Kayla joined Preston Insurance in 2022 as a customer sales representative after spending 5 years in education. Kayla graduated from Monmouth College in 2016 with a bachelor’s in arts. In her free time she enjoys crafting, spending time with family and walking her 2 dogs, Maverick & Goose.

I have been in the Insurance Industry for almost 30 years specializing in Commercial Lines. Been married to my Wife Michelle for 31 years. I have a daughter Meghan 29 and son Tyler 26. My two favorite passions are Golf and Fishing!
